Mortgage Application Fee Notice:
Once a mortgage application has been submitted and a credit report has been obtained, the applicant will be responsible for the applicable application fee if they subsequently withdraw the application or choose not to proceed with the loan. Application fees generally range from $100 to $250, depending on the mortgage type and services performed. Fees are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
